  1. What is the status of my order?
    • Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once shipped our team will send another email along with a link to further track your order.

  2. Do you offer same day shipping?

    • For all of our physical items no, however some digital downloads will be sent the same day. For those ordering handmade items (bath line) please allow extra time to ensure optimal quality as all of our products are made in house.

  3. Where do you ship?

    • Currently due to COVID-19 shipping restrictions we only ship within the United States.

  4. How long will it take to ship my order?

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the location and type of product. Once payment is submitted, please refer to your email/text for order confirmation and status updates.

  5. Gift Cards
